Illia Yefimchyk, a well-known bodybuilder from Belarus, has died at the age of 36, following a heart attack. He was known for his extreme dedication to his size and strength.

Yefimchyk died just a week after suffering a heart attack that left him brain-dead, according to Fox News. His wife, Anna, told Belarusian media outlets that she was praying for his recovery, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be.

Anna said that she spent every day by his side, hoping for his heart to start beating again, but the doctor gave her the terrible news that his brain had died. “I thank everyone for their condolences. It’s very heartwarming to realize that I’m not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support,” she added.

Yefimchyk was 6 feet tall and weighed 340 pounds, and was known for his extreme dedication to his size and strength. It has been reported that he could bench press 600 pounds, deadlift 700 pounds, and perform 700-pound squats.

To maintain his size, he reportedly ate 15,000 calories a day.
