The US Justice Department announced on Thursday that Timothy Muller, a 43-year-old Texas man, has been charged with threatening an FBI agent who was involved in the investigation into Hunter Biden and his laptop. The agent was reached by phone shortly after Biden was found guilty of three charges related to a 2018 gun purchase in federal court in Delaware.
According to court filings, Muller called the agent, who quickly hung up, and then left a voicemail threatening the agent. The voicemail contained explicit language, including racial slurs, and referenced the agent’s potential harm at the hands of former President Donald Trump or his supporters. Muller also allegedly left three text messages that threatened the agent, accusing him of covering up child pornography on the laptop and making baseless allegations of sexual assault against Biden.
The FBI Baltimore supervisory special agent, whose identity was not disclosed, received the threatening messages, which were documented in a court filing.
“You little c********* p****! You can run but you can’t f***ing hide,” Muller said, according to the court filing.
So here’s how it’s gonna go: Trump’s gonna win the reelection, and then we’re gonna f***ing go through the FBI and just start throwing you c*********** into jail. Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out and we’ll hunt you c*********** down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own f***ing homes in your f***ing beds. The last thing you’ll ever hear are the horrified shrieks of your widow and orphans.

The Justice Department stated that the charge against Muller could carry a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison if he is found guilty.
