NEW YORK (AP) — A woman alleging that Sean “Diddy” Combs subjected her to years of violence and abuse in the 1990s has initiated a lawsuit in New York, accusing the rapper of sexual assault, battery, and gender-motivated violence.

Lampros’ lawsuit, filed Thursday in a Manhattan state court, follows a series of allegations against the beleaguered hip-hop mogul. Earlier this week, a former model accused Combs of sexually assaulting her at his New York City recording studio in 2003 in a separate lawsuit.

The relationship turned abusive and coercive, the lawsuit contends.

Lampros claims Combs raped her in a Manhattan hotel room in 1995. She states she passed out and awoke the next morning “nude, sore, and confused,” according to the lawsuit.

In another instance, Lampros claims Combs compelled her to perform oral sex on him in a parking garage, in full view of a garage worker.

“Ms. Lampros vocally opposed this idea, but Mr. Combs quickly reminded her that she had no control over the situation as he could make her lose her job,” the lawsuit alleges.

Porter died of pneumonia in 2018.

Messages seeking comment on Lampros’ accusations have been sent to Combs’ attorney.

The Associated Press generally does not identify victims of sexual assault by name unless they choose to publicly identify themselves, as Lampros has done.

The lawsuits brought by Lampros and the former model come after CNN aired security footage showing Combs attacking singer Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016. On Sunday, Combs released a video admitting to the attack on Cassie, expressing that he was “truly sorry” and that his actions were “inexcusable.”

A lawsuit filed by Cassie in November, alleging beatings and abuse, was settled a day after it was filed. This spurred increased scrutiny of Combs, leading to additional lawsuits in the following months, along with a federal criminal sex-trafficking investigation resulting in raids on Combs’ mansions in Los Angeles and Miami.
