A high-profile celebrity was allegedly stopped from committing a serious offense by a professional athlete at a 2022 party, according to a lawsuit filed by the victim. The lawsuit, obtained by the New York Post, claims that Sean “Diddy” Combs, a renowned music mogul, attempted to sexually assault a luxury car businessman at a launch party for his Ciroc vodka brand.
The alleged victim, a Los Angeles-based entrepreneur, claims that Diddy invited him into a private office, where he suddenly removed his pants and exposed himself. The suit alleges that Combs then grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner.
The plaintiff, reportedly shocked and disoriented, was unable to respond to the alleged assault. However, his ordeal was brought to an end when a professional athlete, who has not been named, entered the office and intervened.
The plaintiff, identified only as “John Doe,” runs a business renting luxury cars and jewelry and had worked with Diddy for years prior to the alleged incident. The lawsuit claims that the two had a professional relationship, but Diddy’s alleged actions crossed a serious boundary.
Diddy has been at the center of controversy in recent years, with multiple individuals coming forward with allegations of sexual assault against him. The accusations have led to a series of lawsuits and triggered a federal investigation, with reports suggesting that authorities are looking into sex trafficking charges. A trial date of May 5 was set on October 10, amid ongoing investigations into Diddy’s alleged actions.
