Despite its shortcomings, the E10 is not a terrible vacuum, especially for carpet cleaning. It may be satisfactory if bought on sale and primarily used for cleaning carpets. The vacuuming performance is decent, leaving behind clean and fluffy carpets. However, it struggles with picking up small debris like cat litter and tends to leave some residue behind when returning to its base.
In terms of mopping, the E10 falls short compared to other robot vacuum-mops on the market. It lacks features like rotating scrubbers, refillable water tanks, or self-cleaning tools. Instead, it relies on a basic system where water is poured into a canteen above a single mop pad, resulting in a less effective mopping experience.
