I'm confused about how trials work…this trial is about an alleged payment to Stormy Daniels and an attempt to falsify the records to hide that payment. So far, all the Prosecution has done, is put people on the stand to tell stories about Trump that really has nothing to do with the charges against him. They had Michael Cohen…they played a tape that sounded like it was either AI or EDITED together to add soundbites from Trump…it sounded fake…but this tape was about an alleged conversation Cohen had with Trump about paying off another model. How is this evidence pertaining to the Stormy Daniels charges? Even if he paid off another model, that is not evidence that he paid off Stormy Daniels. I'm starting to realize that trials are basically all UNFAIR. First the Prosecution spends weeks putting people on the stand to tell stories about the defendant in order to get the Jury to hate them…they basically try to BIAS the Jury against the defendant…so by the time they actually introduce the actual evidence they have pertaining specifically to the charges…by that time, it really doesn't matter what the evidence is…the Jury now hates the defendant and will vote GUILTY no matter what the evidence says. I don't think that anyone has ever gotten a fair trial…the Jury should not be made to be biased or hateful towards the defendant…I mean…how can they OBJECTIVELY look at the evidence and come to an unbiased decision if they are made to be biased and hate the defendant with all these side stories.
