FBI Arrests Gay Adult Film Actor for Distribution of Child Pornography

FBI Assistant Director James Smith and United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams announced the arrest of 43-year-old adult film actor Justin Heath Smith, also known as Austin Wolf, on Friday. Smith is accused of distributing and receiving hundreds of recordings containing child pornography.

According to Williams, the investigation into Smith’s activities is ongoing, and the FBI is urging anyone with information about his conduct to come forward. Smith allegedly used an anonymous Telegram account to exchange hundreds of videos of child pornography with another individual in March.

After the other party was arrested, the FBI began interacting with Smith on the Telegram account and eventually convinced him to reveal his identity. This led to a search warrant being issued for Smith’s Manhattan apartment, where the FBI claims to have discovered electronic data containing hundreds of videos of child pornography.

Smith has been charged with one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography, which carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years. He also faces a second charge of possession of child pornography, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

The FBI alleges that one of the videos, titled “Gay 10-year-old boy tied and raped by adult,” shows a child being beaten, bound, and raped by an adult male. Smith is scheduled to appear in a Manhattan court on Friday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky.

Wolf, a popular figure in the LGBTQ community, has a following of nearly 800,000 fans on Instagram. Comments have been turned off on his social media accounts, but it is unclear when this change occurred. One of his most graphic posts appeared recently on X, featuring a sex scene in the shower with a male half his size and who appears to be extremely young.
