I’m not a fan of Trump or Biden BUT the charges against him are basically him using $130K to silence Stormy Daniels because he wants to prevent potentially damaging information about himself from coming up during the election. The payment itself is not an issue it’s the reason the payment was made – the alleged intent to influence an election outcome. Secondly, the payments were misrepresented in his financial records which amounts to a second crime because it may have been used to cover up the first crime. This whole thing sounds dubious at best and frankly speaking by taking Trump to court – isn’t the Manhattan DA themselves trying to influence the outcome of an election? Which according to the original charges against Trump are a crime. So the Manhattan’s DA office is committing a crime? The whole things is sketchy and in my opinion should be thrown out.

Jeanine Pirro ignoring the obvious that the Judge gave both the Prosecutors and Defense the opportunity to bring the likes of Alan Weisselberg to testify. The Prosecutors did not think it was needed. Trump lawyers also did not think Weisselberg's testimony was needed. So, it is very strange for Trump to complain that Weisselberg did not testify, because his own lawyers did not think it was necessary…!!!
