Farrah Aldjufrie, the daughter of actress Kyle Richards, was recently the victim of a home invasion where $1 million worth of items were stolen. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Major Crimes unit has launched an investigation into the theft, but so far there are no suspects, as reported by TMZ.

Fortunately, Aldjufrie was not home at the time of the break-in. The burglars made off with expensive jewelry, designer handbags, high-end watches, and other luxury items. Some of the stolen jewelry had sentimental value as they were antiques passed down through Aldjufrie’s stepdad Mauricio Umansky’s family.

Sources suggest that the culprits might be part of a South American burglary crew known for targeting upscale homes in Los Angeles. They managed to enter the residence through a door and disabled the security system by cutting Internet cables. Despite this, security cameras were able to capture images of the intruders according to Us magazine.

Aldjufrie, who is a member of her stepfather’s real estate firm and a star on Netflix’s reality series titled “Buying Beverly Hills,” has experienced a similar ordeal before. In 2017, Kyle Richards’ own home was burglarized while she was away. Richards expressed feeling unsafe in her home for months following the incident.

This recent burglary serves as a reminder of the risks faced by wealthy individuals in Los Angeles.
