So, Pecker sunk the junket pumper on the spot. This is just the beginning. He's not helping his case by attacking the judges, da's, juries etc… he's too stupid to realise his fate is in their hands.   23. The President is immune from civil liability absolutely for suits arising from actions relating to official duties. This includes all acts in the "outer perimeter" of those duties…..Trump went straight to being a personal citizen the day Biden took the Oath. Therefore, he was immune until the date of January 20, 2021. Trump is immune!!!!

  34. The Gag Order violation is assurd. How can they prove that Trump even posted on Truth Social. Trump just needs to say his account was hacked. Besides, Trump can give his Truth Social access to his Son Baron who post all he wants. Without witnesses or a paper trail, New York won't be able to prove crap.
