Trump is set to hold a rally in the South Bronx at Crotona Park on Thursday evening.
The New York Young Republican Club has worked alongside “Hispanic members of the Bodega Association and the National Supermarket Association” to promote the event, according to Axios.
Since the rally announcement, Trump supporters in the Bronx have shown their enthusiasm for the former president.
On May 18, the day following the announcement, a group of Trump supporters gathered in the Bronx to voice their backing, urging people to vote.
In interviews with Newsmax on Tuesday, Trump advocates in the Bronx discussed the city’s struggles and stressed the need for the community to see that the president valued them.
The upcoming Bronx rally follows a previous event in Wildwood, New Jersey, which reportedly drew about 100,000 attendees.
