Hochul’s speech at the DNC had been highly critical of Trump, with her calling him a “fraud” and accusing him of tax dodging, stiffing contractors, and ripping off workers. She also claimed that Trump had abused women and taken away their rights, and that New Yorkers were “sick of it.” Trump’s response was the latest salvo in an ongoing feud between the two politicians.
