Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) has been selected as the keynote speaker for Liberty University’s commencement ceremony in 2024. Scott expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to share words of wisdom and guidance with the graduates and their families at the Christian university. Liberty University, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, is preparing to confer over 29,000 degrees during the upcoming weekend, with the main commencement ceremony taking place at Williams Stadium on Friday, May 10. Chancellor Jonathan Falwell welcomed Sen. Tim Scott back to Liberty Mountain, highlighting his strong commitment to his faith and the impact he will have on the students and graduates. This year’s ceremony will mark the 51st commencement for Liberty University.
