Former President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign is undergoing changes to focus on quality over quantity compared to its 2020 effort. The campaign has allocated fewer resources in key swing states like Georgia, Arizona, and Michigan, opting for a more efficient and leaner approach, according to the Washington Post.

In contrast, President Joe Biden’s campaign has expanded its 2024 efforts and is expected to outspend Republicans. At a May 4 event at Mar-a-Lago, Trump strategist Chris LaCivita emphasized a shift towards quality over quantity in the campaign strategy.

Concerns have been raised about the lack of ground game in Georgia, a state Trump narrowly lost in 2020. Similarly, Arizona and Michigan are also facing resource allocation issues. Despite these concerns, Trump is leading in polling averages in all three states according to FiveThirtyEight.

Overall, the Trump campaign’s new strategy aims to build a more effective operation led by experienced individuals. Despite delays in early voting efforts, campaign officials remain optimistic about the program’s progress.
