A new legal case has been initiated against Sean “Diddy” Combs, with the accuser claiming she experienced “four terrifying sexual encounters” with the rapper from the mid-1990s to the early-2000s.

The lawsuit alleges Combs is guilty of battery, assault, sexual assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence, as reported by the BBC here.

According to the lawsuit, the claimant “has suffered and continues to suffer harm, including physical injury, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and other consequential damages, for which she is entitled to monetary damages and additional relief.”

The BBC report notes that the claimant, Lampros, aged 51, was an intern at Arista Records. The documents suggest the company “negligently believed Mr. Combs was suitable for a position of authority… and/or that Mr. Combs would not commit acts of sexual assault; and/or that Mr. Combs would not harm others.”

She further claims the musician—whose real name is Sean Combs—once coerced her into taking ecstasy and engaging in sexual activity with Combs’ former girlfriend, Kim Porter.

Porter passed away in 2018 due to pneumonia.

Bad Boy Records, Arista Records, and Sony Entertainment are named as defendants in the suit.

The claim also states Combs “showed it to multiple people.”

Lampros’ lawsuit follows shortly after CCTV footage surfaced showing Combs assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016, which was previously reported by Truth Voices.

The rapper responded to the footage, expressing that he was “truly sorry” and “disgusted” by his “inexcusable” actions.

Combs is also facing lawsuits from Liza Gardner, Jane Doe, Joi Dickerson-Neal, and music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, all of which he has denied.
