Rachel Morin’s Family Suspects Accused Illegal Alien Killer May Have More Victims

The family of 37-year-old Rachel Morin, a mother of five who was murdered by an illegal alien, believe the accused killer may have more American victims. Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, a 23-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador with ties to the MS-13 Gang, was arrested by the Tulsa Police Department in connection with Morin’s rape and murder, as well as a violent assault of a nine-year-old girl and her mother in Los Angeles.

Morin’s sister, Rebekah, said she believes Rachel is not the only American victim of Martinez Hernandez, stating that “somebody who commits these types of crimes does them because they don’t care” and that a person who doesn’t care about human life can easily harm anyone. Morin’s boyfriend, Tobin, expressed his desire to see Martinez Hernandez locked up for the rest of his life on Facebook.

The murder has sparked outrage and renewed calls for stricter enforcement of federal immigration law. Nobles, who has testified before Congress regarding a similar case, accused President Joe Biden of having no interest in preventing such crimes. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas denied any responsibility for Morin’s murder, stating that Martinez Hernandez crossed the border in February 2023, fleeing murder charges in his native El Salvador.

Martinez Hernandez is currently in Tulsa Police Department custody, and Maryland officials have until early July to extradite him to face charges for Morin’s rape and murder. The family’s case has highlighted concerns about the administration’s catch and release network and the potential for more American victims.
