Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), a humanitarian organization known for its work in war-torn regions, has been accused of harboring a terrorist among its ranks. The group has denied that its “colleague,” Fadi Al-Wadiya was also an Islamic Jihad terrorist — but the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) produced photos of him in uniform.

MSF produced a photo of Al-Wadiya treating a child in Gaza in 2022, describing him as a physical therapist on his way to work. However, the IDF produced photos showing Al-Wadiya in military fatigues, wearing the Islamic Jihad uniform, contradicting MSF’s claims.

According to the IDF, Al-Wadiya has been working for Islamic Jihad’s rocket manufacturing unit for over 15 years, utilizing his expertise in electronics and chemistry. The organization attached three images showing Al-Wadiya in Islamic Jihad uniform, further strengthening their claims.

Israel has faced criticism for targeting medical personnel and journalists during the war, with some accused of double-duty as terrorists. The situation has raised questions about the ethical boundaries of humanitarian organizations and their ties to terrorist groups.
