Kamala Harris Heads to Gay Pride Fundraiser as Democrats Reassess Biden’s Suitability

Kamala Harris is set to headline a gay pride-themed fundraiser in Hollywood this Saturday, coming on the heels of President Joe Biden’s struggling debate performance. The high-profile event, co-hosted by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), will attract entertainment industry bundlers and celebrities including Rob Reiner, Kevin Huvane, Idina Menzel, and Yeardley Smith.

The event takes place on the heels of Biden’s embarrassing debate performance, with many in the Democrat party now questioning Biden’s suitability for the presidential ticket. Biden’s inability to address basic questions and coherence issues on stage have prompted widespread panic among donors.

“This is terrible. Worse than I thought was possible. Everyone I’m speaking with thinks Biden should drop out,” an unnamed donor told CNBC, echoing concerns from other anonymous donors.

Amidst the commotion, Kamala Harris has jumped into diaper duty for her 81-year-old boss, taking on post-debate caregiving responsibilities. “Let us not decide the outcome of who’s going to be president of the United States based on a 90-minute debate,” Harris told ABC News, attempting to brush off criticisms.

However, recent polls show Harris herself remains deeply unpopular with voters. According to a recent Politico/Morning Consult poll, the majority of Americans do not believe Harris would make a good president, casting uncertainty over her own role in the democrat party’s future plans.
