  1. There are situations where there is immunity. Giving speeches. Things done as official acts as president. Would Obama be liable for killing people in the Middle East? Prosecutors are political. That’s why we are here. Challenge the election was done as president. It was an official act. I agree. Never waive a rebuttal.

  2. If I remember correctly, there is a law on the books that says that members of Congress cannot be arrested or prosecuted for anything while Congress is in session. The law was passed to stop the sort of politically motivated actions incurred to affect votes by rounding up opponents to any given bill up for condideration.

  3. The president has never been granted 100% immunity. Congress can bring charges against any sitting president for any crime via the impeachment process. However, the president is immune from prosecution from city and state prosecution. Congress must assign a qualified person to lead any prosecution, which has not been done, which means Jack Smith is an illegal prosecutor, which also means AG Garland overstepped his authority.
