Unit 414, within the brigade, used drones to locate and destroy rocket launchers loaded with long-range rockets aimed at Israel. Additionally, significant rocket launch infrastructure was discovered and eliminated in Rafah.
These rockets are often launched from various platforms and directed at Israeli civilian areas, constituting war crimes. The IDF’s actions in uncovering and neutralizing these threats validate the ongoing operation in Rafah, despite objections from the Biden administration and international critics. Israel asserts that Hamas’s remaining battalions are concentrated in Rafah, near the Egyptian border.
