A new lawsuit filed by plaintiff Ashley Parham in California has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, with allegations that Sean “Diddy” Combs engaged in a violent and prolonged rape, using a TV remote control as a weapon. According to the complaint, the alleged assault occurred in 2018, but Parham’s lawyer claims she was too traumatized to report it immediately.

The complaint details a harrowing account of the alleged assault, in which Parham was reportedly drugged and then subjected to a gang-style rape by multiple men. Parham claims that she was targeted by Combs as a form of revenge after she expressed her suspicions about his involvement in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.

In a bizarre twist, Parham’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, revealed that her client had returned to the scene of the alleged crime and spent the night, suggesting that Parham may have been trying to gather evidence or piece together the events of that night.

The allegations against Combs are part of a larger wave of lawsuits filed against the music mogul on Monday in the Southern District of New York. A total of six lawsuits were filed, alleging that Combs had sexually assaulted two men and two women between 1995 and 2021. One of the suits, filed anonymously, claims that the plaintiff was just a minor at the time of the assault.

Combs’ lawyers have vehemently denied the allegations, calling them “meritless” and “reckless.” In a statement, they claimed that Combs has “never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.” They also accused the plaintiffs of trying to garner publicity through the media.

Attorney Erica Wolff had previously dismissed the allegations as “defamatory” and “false,” stating that Combs “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.” Combs himself has categorically denied any wrongdoing, stating that he “emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.” The case is now set to play out in court, where the truth will ultimately be revealed. Combs’ lawyers remain confident that the allegations will be proven false in court.
