Biden campaign co-chairman Mitch Landrieu said that he didn’t know why President Joe Biden is losing ground with Latino voters.
In an appearance on NBC News‘s Meet the Press, Landrieu was asked for an explanation as to why Biden was losing the support of Latinos, a voting bloc that overwhelmingly voted for him in 2020.
“Well, I don’t know,” he answered, when pressed on the question.
Though he didn’t know why Latinos were defecting from Biden’s base, Landrieu expressed confidence that they would change their minds.
