Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd has come forward with shocking allegations against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming that he, along with his bodyguard and a friend, brutally raped her client. Mitchell-Kidd shared the disturbing details on “Banfield” Monday, stating that her client was invited to Combs’ home under false pretenses, where she was subjected to a heinous attack.
According to Mitchell-Kidd, Combs allegedly used a knife to threaten the victim and then applied a lubricant or oil, which can potentially be used to administer the date-rape drug GHB, before the assault. The victim was eventually able to escape after the attack.
Mitchell-Kidd plans to file a lawsuit against Combs this week, joining a growing list of allegations against the music producer. Combs was indicted last month on three felony charges stemming from a federal investigation into multiple civil lawsuits alleging abuse and sexual assault spanning over three decades.
Since the indictment, several high-profile figures have spoken out against Combs, and another alleged victim has come forward, filing the 11th lawsuit against him. Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has urged the public to reserve judgment, stating that Combs has cooperated with the investigation and is innocent until proven guilty.
