The burden of proof is on the prosecution and they failed to even site/name a crime. The defnse counsel was not afforded the opportunity to present all its evidence. They were denied testimony from their expert witnesses. The jury instructions by the judge were vague and unconstitutionally structured and mismanaged by him and is an individual that contributes to the Blue party. The prosecuting DA is a devout democrat and ran for office with the promise of finding a crime for 45. The trial was held in N.Y. and drew the jury pool from a predominantly blue state
