While an exact release date has yet to be confirmed, the company has assured that the vehicle will be available in the US within the year. The ID.Buzz will come in several trims, each with its own unique features and pricing.

The base model, the ID.Buzz Pro S, will start at $59,995 and feature a rear-wheel-drive configuration, seating up to seven passengers. Buyers will have a choice of three exterior colors: Candy White, Deep Black Pearl, and Metro Silver, paired with either Copper or Moonlight interior color schemes.

The Pro S Plus trim will be available in two configurations: rear-wheel-drive, starting at $63,495, and all-wheel-drive, starting at $67,995. This model will feature a six-seat configuration and come with a range of premium features, including a head-up display, Harman Kardon 700-watt speakers, and power-sliding rear doors. Exterior colors will be limited to Candy White, Deep Black Pearl, and Metro Silver, with an additional interior color option, Dune. For an extra $995, buyers can opt for one of eight two-tone exterior color combinations.

The 2025 ID.Buzz will be powered by a 91kWh battery, estimated to deliver an EPA-rated 234 miles on a single charge. The all-wheel-drive model will have a slightly reduced range of 231 miles.

Volkswagen will also offer a limited-edition 1st Edition trim, starting at $65,495 for rear-wheel-drive and $69,995 for all-wheel-drive. This exclusive model will feature unique elements such as 20-inch wheels, upgraded audio, roof rail crossbars, and heritage-inspired floor mats. The 1st Edition will be available in one of five two-tone exterior color options, each paired with Candy White.
