The fundraiser at the Word’s home in Newport Beach comes as the former president has been campaigning in California for several days. During a fundraiser on Thursday at the home of entrepreneur David Sacks in Silicon Valley, Trump raised $12 million.
On Friday, Trump also held a fundraiser in Beverly Hills at the home of Lee Samson, who is a board member for the Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) and a member of the Republican National Committee, KTLA5 reported.
Trump’s visit to California follows his conviction on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first-degree concerning payments made to adult entertainment star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential election.
