Tim Walz’s History of Dishonesty: A Growing List

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, now the running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris, has a history of embellishing his past, and his claim of being turned away from a George W. Bush rally in 2004 is no exception.

Walz posted a thread on X recounting the alleged incident, claiming he was denied entry to the rally with two students in tow. However, a report from The Washington Examiner has raised questions about the validity of his story.

According to the Examiner, Walz was indeed admitted into the Bush rally, but the two individuals he claimed were his students, Matt Klaber and Nick Burkhart, were not actually his students at the time. Burkhart did not attend Walz’s school, and Klaber was not a student there either.

The outlet also found that the two teenagers were involved in a confrontation with the Bush campaign prior to the rally, which led to them being denied tickets due to security concerns. However, Walz himself was able to gain entry to the event, sparking questions about his involvement in the incident.

Furthermore, reports suggest that Walz had participated in an anti-Bush protest prior to the rally, which has raised eyebrows about his true intentions.

This is not the first time Walz has been caught in a fabrication. As previously reported, Walz lied about the conception of his children, claiming they were born through in vitro fertilization (IVF), when in fact they were conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI).

Walz has also been accused of misrepresenting his military service, which he recently attributed to “poor grammar” and “misspeaking.”
