Authorities in Dickson County, Tennessee are currently trying to identify a man who was caught on surveillance video stealing an American flag from a storefront in the early hours of Sunday morning. The theft took place at Ragan’s Friendly Neighbor Store on Main Street around 1:30 a.m.
The video, released by the Dickson Police Department, shows the thief asking someone off-camera if he should take the flag. When asked if he wants it, the suspect responds, “Kind of,” before taking the flag and walking away with it. The sound of an engine starting can be heard in the background.
