Comedian Stephen Colbert poked fun at President Joe Biden on his CBS late-night show on Tuesday, ridiculing the White House’s new border policy and Biden’s unsuccessful efforts to engage young voters.

Despite the new executive order on the U.S.-Mexico border receiving widespread criticism for allowing approximately 2,500 unauthorized migrants to pass through daily, Colbert highlighted that the progressive left considers it still too stringent.

Colbert also jibed at the White House for featuring Biden on the cover of Time magazine.

“That’s right, he’s appealing to the younger voters where they hang out. Print media! Next stop: zeppelins.”

He further commented: “It is bold, I believe it is bold for Biden to do this cover, because he’s standing shoulder to shoulder with his adversary — time.”

A new poll released by Hart Research/Public Opinion Strategies/NBC News reveals that nearly three-quarters of voters feel the nation is “out of control” and heading in the “wrong direction” under President Joe Biden, marking the highest negative rating for any president recorded by this poll.
