Early Sunday morning, a homeowner in San Antonio, Texas, took drastic action to protect himself and his wife from an alleged intruder who refused to leave their property. According to reports, the intruder, a 47-year-old man, first appeared at the front door of the residence around 1:00 a.m. and was told to leave by the homeowner.

However, the intruder returned to the scene, prompting the homeowner to ask him to depart once again. When the intruder ignored the warning and continued to linger, the homeowner and his wife heard strange noises coming from the backyard. Upon investigating, they encountered the same individual, who allegedly lunged at the homeowner.

In a split second, the homeowner grabbed his shotgun and stood his ground, accompanied by his wife. As the intruder approached, the homeowner fired one shot, striking the intruder and ultimately proving fatal. Police have confirmed that the homeowner’s actions were motivated by a desire to protect his wife’s safety.
