The Asus Zenbook 14 OLED is a new addition to the lineup of affordable laptops that offer some artificial intelligence-focused tuning. Priced at less than $1,000, this ultralight laptop features an AMD Ryzen CPU, a 14-inch touchscreen, 16GB of RAM, and integrated graphics. It has a 512-GB solid-state drive and a port lineup that includes two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, and a full-size HDMI output.
The laptop has a sturdy aluminum frame but its design may not be to everyone’s taste, with a black color and geometric pattern on the lid that feels a bit outdated. The keyboard is well laid out with acceptable key travel and includes a Copilot key and half-height arrow keys. The touchpad is large, and the Harman Kardon speakers offer loud and clear sound.
In terms of performance, the Asus Zenbook 14 OLED compares closely to the Acer Swift Go, with similar results in various benchmarks including PCMark 10. Overall, it offers a decent performance for its price range.
