Ramaswamy analyzes the Trump trial ‘charade’ in detail

Vivek Ramaswamy, a former presidential candidate, discussed the politicized prosecution facing former President Donald Trump in his hush money trial on the PBD Podcast.

Ramaswamy called the prosecution a charade and provided a litmus test to determine if someone is a victim of politicized prosecution.

Ramaswamy questioned the prosecution’s theory that Trump’s payment to Stormy Daniels should have been recorded as a campaign contribution. He argued that without this, the charges would only be a misdemeanor that has surpassed the statutes of limitations.

Ramaswamy suggested that if Trump had used campaign funds for the payment, the prosecution would have a stronger case.

He believed that regardless of what Trump did, his opponents were determined to charge him. Ramaswamy concluded that the prosecution was a sham and airtight proof of the unfair treatment Trump was facing.
