The VOTERS may not like it, but it's not a crime. There was NEVER a problem with Nathan feeding his hot dog into any Fani he chooses…LYING about it under oath is a crime. There IS a problem with an elected official taking ANYTHING, even a cup of coffee, from a contractor (Wade IS a contractor) that works for the County government in any way.
Perjury is a crime. Accepting gifts from contractors is a crime. At a minimum, Fani's office should be disqualified and the charges DROPPED without prejudice. Meaning another County DA could review the case and determine if the charges should be pursued.
