Comedian Jimmy Fallon poked fun at President Joe Biden’s decision to have the upcoming presidential debate on CNN, joking that it’s because the network has no audience. Fallon made the jokes on a recent episode of NBC’s The Tonight Show.

He quipped that Biden’s condition for the debate to have no audience explains why it’s on CNN, a network that consistently lags behind competitors Fox News and MSNBC in ratings.

Fallon also joked about Biden wanting microphones that automatically cut off when a candidate goes over their time limit, suggesting that former President Donald Trump may try to use Biden’s microphone when his gets cut off.

The comedian also made a joke about Biden needing a microphone that automatically cuts off after a press conference incident.

Biden’s request for no audience at future debates has been linked to potential embarrassment from anti-Israel protestors.
