Evidence Tampered With in Alvin Bragg’s Office

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office deleted crucial phone records between Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels’ lawyer without informing Donald Trump’s legal team, a paralegal testified.

The deleted evidence, including calls between Cohen and Davidson, was not disclosed to Trump’s team.

Tampering with evidence is a serious offense in New York under Penal Law § 215.40.

Trump’s defense team criticized the actions of Bragg’s office, calling it insanity and questioning why it wasn’t treated as a felony.

Despite these developments, Trump’s defense motion for a mistrial was denied by Judge Juan Merchan.

Additionally, limitations were placed on what former FEC Chairman Bradley Smith could testify about in relation to campaign finance issues.

The trial continues to unfold as Bragg aims to hold Trump accountable for alleged wrongdoing in the 2016 election.
