Former Rep. Donna Edwards (D-MD) stated on MSNBC’s “Chris Jansing Reports” on Monday that former President Donald Trump lacks the same level of influence due to the toll the New York business records trial is taking on him.
Edwards noted, “I think that’s certainly true. It’s evident that the trial is taking a toll on Donald Trump, and I believe his ability to balance his activities in the courtroom in Manhattan with what he needs to do on the campaign trail is being impacted. This is likely why we saw the recent rally in the Bronx, which is close to his golf course in New Jersey.”
