In Toronto, police are investigating a shooting that occurred outside rapper Drake’s mansion and left a security guard seriously wounded. It is unclear if Drake was present during the incident, but his team is cooperating with authorities. The shooting took place in the Bridle Path neighborhood around 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
Toronto Police Inspector Paul Krawczyk stated that video footage of the shooting has been recovered and the injured security guard is currently hospitalized. There has been speculation about a feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, but Krawczyk mentioned that it is too early to determine if this was a motive for the shooting.
