Miami Bureau Correspondent. Xavier was born and raised in California. He attended California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA. He earned a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism. He was News Editor of the school newspaper, The Echo. He's worked for numerous TV stations, both as anchor & reporter.
