Digital Reporter covering stories in Greater New Orleans. Rachel grew up in Metairie and is an alumna of Cabrini High School in New Orleans. Upon graduating high school, she attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she received a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast journalism.
