  1. The only reason Bragg thinks any of this can be elevated to a felony is because the way the NY statutes are worded to say that "falsifying business records are only elevated to a felony level if they are done to cover other crime" yet Bragg as yet to state what this "other crime" is or how it relates. This "other crime" is not even in the indictment that brought this case to this point, so the defense does not even know what it is they are defending against. And as Ms. Habba said, this is past the statute of limitations. And on top of that, if Bragg is using the supposedly violated federal election campaign laws that the federal prosecutors declined to press, then he is full in the wrong because he has no authority to prosecute federal level crimes. And that makes the entire case unconstitutional, and any guilty verdicts should be null and void.

  2. None of the Demonrats obey the Constitution and do not deserve to serve in any government position or in the judicial system. They all abuse their power and practice their own laws as it suits them.

  3. ROFL!! This is simply yet another example of DJT thinking he's too special to obey the law. The judge didn't speak Japanese, he was VERY clear in his instructions to DJT, who ignored them, and there ya go.
