Actress Angie Harmon is suing an Instacart driver who allegedly shot and killed her dog during delivery in March.
Harmon is seeking damages for negligence, trespass, invasion of privacy, and intentional harm. She requested a trial by jury for monetary damages exceeding $25,000.
The incident was investigated by the police, but no charges were filed. Instacart has permanently deactivated the driver’s account.
