Actor Michael Rapaport Tells Democrats to ‘Stop with the Hitler Shit’

Actor and comedian Michael Rapaport has launched a scathing attack on media outlets and Democrats who have likened former President Donald Trump to a Nazi, calling on them to stop using the term for “attention and political gain.” Rapaport, who has a history of criticizing Trump, expressed his outrage in a video post to his X account on Friday, where he emphasized the importance of avoiding comparisons to the Holocaust.

“Stop with the ‘Hitler’ shit,” Rapaport exclaimed. “Do not refer to Hitler and the Holocaust for attention and political gain. Stop it!” He emphasized that the Holocaust was the “actual greatest slaughter and actual genocide of the Jewish people ever,” and that using the term to describe Trump or his supporters is a “gross exaggeration.”

Rapaport also pointed out the hypocrisy of the left, which has ignored pro-Hamas demonstrations on college campuses while comparing Trump to a dictator who attempted to carry out a genocide against Jews. He asked, “What kind of rallies are happening on the college campuses in New York City? In Union Square, where they’re waving Hamas flags and kissing [Hamas leader] Yahya Sinwar photos? What kind of rallies are that?”

Rapaport demanded that the left stop using the term “Hitler” to score political points, especially when they ignore the real-time victims of terrorism, including the 13 women still being held captive today. “Do not bring up Hitler and Nazis when there are 101 hostages and you say nothing about them,” he said. “Cut the fucking shit.”

The actor also took aim at Vice President Kamala Harris, who used a baseless hit piece in the Atlantic to issue violent rhetoric against Trump on Wednesday. Rapaport accused Harris of disrespecting the victims and survivors of the Holocaust, as well as the real-time victims of terrorism. “It’s disgusting,” he said. “Stop it!”

Rapaport’s comments come after he admitted in August that he had been “wrong” about Trump. However, his recent outburst suggests that he still has strong feelings about the 45th president. “I’ve given you gem after gem for years,” he said, “but stop with the ‘Hitler’ shit.”
