A 27-year-old father named Jacques Price was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Montgomery County, Maryland, by an illegal alien. Gilver Yuviny Zelaya Diaz, a 42-year-old illegal alien, was charged with Price’s death after allegedly hitting him while skateboarding and then fleeing the scene. Diaz, who was driving without a license, had a history of criminal activity and was on probation at the time of the crash. Despite being in the US illegally since 2019, Diaz was never deported. Price leaves behind a five-year-old son named Jamie, and a GoFundMe page has been set up to help cover funeral costs and create a trust for his son.
