Kamala Harris’s Anti-Christian Agenda: A Threat to Faith and Freedom

0:00

Kamala Harris’s recent church visit in Georgia has raised eyebrows, with many perceiving it as a calculated move to win over black Christian voters. However, a closer look at her track record reveals a disturbing pattern of hostility towards Christians and their values. As a senator, Harris has a history of attacking judicial nominees who hold conservative views on issues like abortion and marriage, even going so far as to suggest that their membership in the Knights of Columbus makes them unfit for public office.

As California’s attorney general, Harris oversaw the persecution of Catholic pro-life journalist David Daleiden, who exposed Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby body parts.

This was not an isolated incident, but rather a part of a larger pattern of Harris using her position to target those who stand up for biblical values. Her comments to MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson further illustrate her anti-Christian stance, as she rejected religious exemptions for healthcare workers who believe abortion is morally wrong.

This stance is not just a matter of policy, but a fundamental assault on religious freedom. Harris’s support for abortion until birth, along with her running mate Tim Walz’s similar views, highlights their willingness to attack the sanctity of life – a core tenet of the Christian faith. The Equality Act, which Harris has championed, would force Christian schools, charities, and businesses to violate their beliefs on marriage, sexuality, and the sexes, under the guise of “anti-discrimination.” Thankfully, this ridiculous piece of legislation failed to become law in 2021 due to a lack of bipartisan support in the Senate, but a Harris-Walz administration would likely bring it back — and might even support nuking the Senate filibuster to ram it through Congress.

Harris’s policy positions are not just rhetoric, but a reflection of her deeply ingrained opposition to Christian values. Her recent behavior at a Wisconsin college rally, where she mocked students who chanted “Jesus is Lord” and “Christ is King,” further illustrates her disdain for Christianity. When confronted with the reality of her own actions, Harris’s response is to sneer and mock, rather than engage in genuine dialogue.

Christians must not be naive about Harris’s intentions. Her church visit is not a genuine expression of faith, but rather a calculated move to win over votes. We cannot hand out our votes so easily, and we must not be fooled by her performative displays of faith. When exercising our civic duty, we must remember who we are: redeemed slaves to King Jesus. We must vote accordingly, prioritizing candidates who align with our values and stand up for the sanctity of life.
