A 33-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 2-year-old child on an international flight from Mexico to Seattle on a Delta flight on May 1. The woman reportedly kicked and shook the toddler, despite interventions from other passengers. The woman was arrested upon landing at Sea-Tac airport and is currently detained pre-trial. The child, who had visible bruises, was placed with a relative. The woman’s next hearing is scheduled for May 16.
