Pennsylvania Man Charged with Election Fraud, Double Voting in 2020 Presidential Election

A 62-year-old Pennsylvania man, Philip Pulley, has been charged with multiple counts of election fraud and double voting in connection with the 2020 presidential election.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Pulley allegedly used a false Social Security number and address to register to vote in Philadelphia, despite being already registered in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and Broward County, Florida. He then requested a mail-in ballot from Philadelphia and proceeded to vote in all three locations.

Pulley’s voting record shows that he has a history of casting ballots in multiple locations. In the November 2022 elections, he voted twice in Pennsylvania, using his addresses in Montgomery and Philadelphia.

Interestingly, Pulley had been a registered Republican in Montgomery County for many years but switched his party affiliation to Democrat in 2022. He also registered as a Democrat in Philadelphia in February 2020 and has since voted in several elections as a Democrat in the city.

Pulley’s voting record in Florida is also noteworthy, with multiple instances of voting in the state since registering in 2018.

The charges against Pulley come amid a long-standing debate about voting fraud, which has been a contentious issue in American politics, particularly since the 2020 presidential election.
