Comedian Katt Williams: Funding for Black Americans should take priority over money sent to Ukraine

Comedian Katt Williams discussed the topic of reparations in his latest Netflix stand-up special “Woke Foke,” suggesting that the billions of dollars sent to Ukraine by the U.S. should instead be allocated to black Americans.

The special was live-streamed from the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California, where Williams covered a variety of topics including a bag of cocaine found at the White House and transgender athletes.

However, his remarks on reparations garnered the most attention, with Williams asserting that it is time for black people in America to receive compensation for the injustices faced by them and their ancestors.

He questioned why the U.S. has sent such a large sum of money to Ukraine while neglecting the needs of black communities in America.

Additionally, Williams joked about the current administration’s handling of the U.S.-Mexico border and made light of the bag of cocaine found in the White House.

The comedian also faced backlash for his jokes about transgender athletes. Williams’ set included controversial humor about transgender genitalia, which he humorously referred to as “penginas” and “clitoris dickoris dock.”

The special received mixed reactions, with some praising Williams for addressing important issues and others criticizing him for his off-color humor.
