The autopsy results for Noah Presgrove, whose body was discovered along an Oklahoma highway, were provided to his family shortly after NewsNation sought answers from the state’s medical examiner’s office. The autopsy indicated that he had suffered from multiple blunt force injuries, but law enforcement has not officially determined the cause of death. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has stated that they are not treating Presgrove’s death as a murder.

Retired forensic pathologist Dr. Michelle Dupre expressed suspicion about the autopsy results, suggesting that Presgrove’s death may not have been a vehicle accident. She pointed to evidence such as the absence of arm or leg fractures, a significant rib fracture, the lack of debris on the road, and the fact that Presgrove was wearing shoes at the time of his death.

Despite speculation, toxicology reports revealed that Presgrove did not have any drugs in his system at the time of his death. His family described his body as severely bruised and swollen, with signs of a caved-in skull, road rash, gravel rash, bruises, and missing teeth.

Presgrove’s brother, Dailen, believes that foul play was involved in his brother’s death, while other individuals, such as Presgrove’s best friend Jack Newton, believe it was an accident. Relatives, including his grandmother and cousin, also expressed doubts about the official explanation of Presgrove’s death.

The investigation into Noah Presgrove’s death remains ongoing, with conflicting opinions and theories surrounding the circumstances of his tragic passing.
