The cognitive test is a moot point right now: as these doctors are arguing, he's failing so many real-life cognitive tests that we hardly need the real thing at this juncture. This bum needs to be booted out of office pronto. And some hard questions need to be asked about who covered this up and also who has really been making the key decisions.
