Police in Delaware Seek Identification of Suspect Accused of Stealing $11,000 Worth of Cigarettes

The Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a shoplifter known as the “Cigarette Bandit” who allegedly stole $11,000 worth of cigarettes from a Walgreens store in Wilmington on Thursday.

According to police, the suspect took advantage of an employee’s temporary absence from the counter to steal the cigarettes.
